Topping Courier Inc. provides courier and local delivery services for businesses subject to account approval, operational review, service availability, and accepted delivery terms.

Public quote requests are not final prices. Final pricing may require route review, package review, service-type confirmation, add-ons, tax, and approval.

Merchant account access, delivery creation, billing, dispatch, and driver workflows are governed by role-based permissions and account status.

Package protection wording must not be treated as insurance unless reviewed by qualified legal and insurance professionals.

These terms are MVP working terms and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.
